Dr Sarjit Singh
Chairman, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Singapore Overseas Regional Council
Dr. Sarjit Singh, BBM(L), BBM, PBM, FCA (Australia & Singapore), CVA, ISCA FFP, PhD (Hon.), is Chairman of the Singapore Regional Council of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
He has held leadership roles as CEO of InCorp Global, Chairman & Senior Partner of Kreston ACA, and CFO of Aviva Asia and AIA Singapore. With 16 years at PwC, he has deep expertise in assurance and advisory. He also serves on the Investigations and Disciplinary Panel at ISCA.
Appointed by the Ministry of Education in 2023, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) and chairs its Audit and Risk Committee.
Sarjit has received three national honours, including the Public Service Star (Bar) in 2021, and the SkillsFuture Fellowship in 2019. NTU recognized him as a ‘financial industry talent’ with the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award in 2012, and he was an Adjunct Associate Professor at NTU (2010–2016).

Sujatha Sekhar Naik

Ms Sujatha Sekhar Naik is a senior legal, governance, and capital markets professional with over 30 years of experience, bringing deep expertise in policy development, governance, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks. She has served in leadership roles across the legal, manufacturing, fintech, and capital market sectors, contributing to ESG and compliance initiatives.
She is currently a partner at Messrs Aqran Vijandran and chairs the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG). She also sits on the boards of Metrod Holdings, Hextar Technologies Solutions, and the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS), focusing on accountability and stakeholder rights.
Sujatha previously led the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC) as CEO, aligning its work with international standards. A former senior regulator with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), she played a key role in corporate governance reform and continues to contribute to sustainability-related policy development through her involvement with the SC’s Corporate Governance Council, the SME Governance Working Group, and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia's (IIAM) risk and internal control initiatives, among others.
She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, and is qualified in both the UK and Malaysian Bars, as well as an accredited mediator and trainer.

Dr Renard Siew

Dr Renard Siew is the Head of Corporate Sustainability for Yinson where he is responsible for advancing the organisation’s work in the field of climate change and sustainability.
Prior to this, he was involved in the implementation of the sustainability agenda for a number of public-listed corporations (Sime Darby, CIMB, MRCB) and was a researcher at the Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets (CEEM) contributing thought leadership in: sustainability/ integrated reporting, GHG reporting and verification, ESG integration, socially responsible investment (across different asset classes: equities, infrastructure and property/real estate), climate change and sustainable construction for the building/infrastructure sector. Renard is a graduate of Cambridge University and UNSW. In 2013, he was selected as one of 15 scholars to attend the PhD Academy at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). He has published in many international refereed journals. In 2014, he won a Highly Commended Paper award by the Emerald Literati Network and was inducted into the prestigious Global Young Academy as recognition of his research impact.
He was the Co-Chair of the Climate Change & Disaster Risk Management Working Committee and UNEP-FI’s Collective Commitment on Climate Action. In 2020, he was appointed an SDG Champion-Climate Action by the World Economic Forum (WEF). He is a member of the WEF Expert Network Group, and serves on the WEF Global Future Council on SDG Investment. He was accepted into the Forbes Fellowship Programme and attended the inaugural UN Climate Action Summit in New York in 2019. He is currently the President of the Malaysia Carbon Market Association (MCMA), looking into spurring the growth of the carbon markets nationally.

Genevieve Hilton

Genevieve Hilton has worked in corporate affairs and sustainability in the Asia Pacific region since 1994. She previously led ESG and communications in Asia Pacific for Lenovo, as well as Corporate Citizenship and External Communications Asia Pacific for BASF. Since taking a step back from the corporate world in 2022, she has become a full-time sustainability activist and writer.
Under the pen name Jan Lee, she is an award-winning science fiction writer. She is the co-author, with Steve Willis, of Fairhaven – A Novel of Climate Optimism (Habitat Press UK), a winner in the Green Stories contest, as well as the forthcoming Defying Futility – The Fairhaven Stories. Her work has also been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and recognized several times in the “Writers of the Future” contest. She also is Editor-in-Chief of The Apostrophe, the quarterly magazine of the Hong Kong Writers Circle, and book reviewer for the magazine Earth.org.
She currently acts as a senior advisor for a number of environmental and social activist organizations in Hong Kong and Lisbon.

Adrian Lim Ewe Beng

Adrian Lim is an experienced global strategist and thought leader in financial services transformation, organizational design, and sustainable business development. With a professional background spanning over 25 years across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, Adrian has held senior leadership roles at HSBC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Emirates NBD, and currently serves as Practice Manager at McKinsey & Company.
His work focuses on the intersection of digital innovation, institutional capability building, and client-centric growth strategies, particularly within emerging and developed financial markets. Adrian has led transformative initiatives across global banking institutions, driving strategic frameworks that embed regulatory compliance, customer experience, and sustainability considerations into core business operations.
As a Visiting Fellow at the Asia Institute for Sustainability (AIS), Adrian contributes to advancing interdisciplinary research and policy discourse on ethical business models and sustainable development in the Asian context. He supports the Institute’s efforts in cultivating leadership capacity, particularly in the areas of responsible finance, stakeholder governance, and the evolving role of corporations in addressing environmental and social challenges.
Adrian holds an MBA in Finance and has completed executive education at the University of Oxford, London Business School, and INSEAD.
