Datuk William Ng is the national president of Malaysia’s largest association for SMEs – SAMENTA. He is also board member and acting president of the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors; Malaysia’s oldest director institute and an executive committee member of the Global Network of Director Institutes.
A serial entrepreneur, Ng founded his first business at the age of 22. He is a founder of AIC Exhibitions and Business Media International and took the companies public as Audience Analytics Limited (1AZ.SI) during the pandemic.
Through his business evangelism, he also co-owns a number of business start-ups, including early investments into companies that are now listed on ASX, LEAP and the OTC markets. He is also the chairman of ASWPC, which has been delegated as the global registry operator of .spa by ICANN.
He is founder and immediate past president of Enterprise Asia, president of the Global Wellness Council, chairman of the Retail and F&B Nexus at Malaysia Productivity Corporation, and Malaysia’s representative to the ASEAN MSME Advisory Board.
A strong champion of sustainability and circular economy, he is chairman of Malaysia’s SME Sustainability Working Group (SME-SWG) and a member of the National Circular Economy Council.

Fei Shan is the Director of the Asia Institute of Sustainability, where she leads the Institute’s mission to strengthen sustainability and ESG leadership across Asia through strategic collaboration, certification programs, and thought leadership. She brings over 15 years of management experience in program development, strategic partnerships, world-class conference production, media relations, and trade relations, having worked with several renowned think tanks across the region.
Her career spans both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining AIS, she was a partner and team lead at a Singapore-listed investment company, where she coached retail investors and led assessments of publicly listed companies with a focus on business sustainability. She began her career in the fund management division of a major Malaysian multinational investment bank.
With a background in economics and a strong foundation in responsible finance and strategic leadership, Fei Shan brings an interdisciplinary approach to advancing sustainable development across sectors in Asia.
